1.) How are products shipped?

Most products are shipped via courier.
We use FedEx or UPS to deliver our products across Canada.
Large shipments are sent via truck, palleted for dock level delivery.


2.) How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery times:
2-4 business days Ontario & Quebec.
4-8 business days Alberta/Manitoba/Sask/B.C & Maritimes.
Rural & remote areas may take longer.

* Please factor at least 24hrs to process/pack before your product is shipped.
* Rural locations may take slightly longer.

3.)  How much is shipping?

Shipping charges vary depending on the product weight and destination.
Average shipping costs:
Computers/PCs $28
19"-20" LCD Monitors $18-$24
21/22" CRT monitors $38
Notebook $18
Videocard $15

5.) Can I pickup an order?

We primarily ship but will accommodate pickup requests if possible.
Please call us (905) 332-2061 to request a pickup, and we will check
if the item is instock, and at which location(Oakville/Markham).
Approx 24-48hrs pickup hours is required to setup a pickup appointment.

6.) May I get a tracking number?

 If you have not received your order within 10 business days, please email
us with your order# & shipping address and we will check your order and
request a tracking number. Please note that tracking numbers are not
available prior to the standard 4-8 business days timeframe.
