In the rare event your hardware fails, we are here to help. Our warranty covers the replacement/exchange of defective hardware. Standard base warranty on all products is 6 month hardware warranty. Read more about our warranty policy here. Additional warranty can be purchased online.

A wonderful, first time experience with CanadaMonitors. One very important thing to note is being able to call and speak to someone to confirm a couple things about the workstation I ultimately purchased. Very much appreciated peace of mind! My order only took a couple days to arrive and it was packed incredibly securely. CanadaMonitors also included a couple mini-display port to HDMI adapters and a wireless dongle - a nice and very welcomed gesture. The system itself (Dell 7820) looks brand new - not a single blemish on it. It will do me for years. The only upgrade I will make (not needed right away) is to the GPU, as the Adobe apps I use require newer generations of video cards than the K1200 for hardware accelerated performance. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and have already recommended CanadaMonitors to a couple friends.
