Product Warranty

1.) What is your standard product warranty?

In the rare event your hardware fails, we are here to help.
Our warranty covers the replacement/exchange of defective hardware.
Standard base warranty on all products is 60 day DOA warranty.
Specific Product Warranty:
Computers/PCs/Parts carry our 60 days warranty.
19"-20" LCD Monitors are 6 months.
21/22" CRT monitors carry our 1 year warranty card.
Notebooks are 6 months(not including consumable battery)

2.) Additional warranty?

At the time of purchase, additional warranty may be purchased for certain
items, feel free to inquire.
* Manufacture warranty may be valid on your machine.
* On some machines, extended manufacture warranty may be purchased directly
from the manufacture.


3.) What is not covered by our warranty?

Software issues, as our warranty specifically covers hardware only, not
software or the user's ability to maintain
or update it.  Minor wear or scratches from normal use. Use for a particular
purpose, product compatibility.
Problems that occur such as accident, modification, abuse, misuse, or
problems with electrical power sources.
Items returned without our express authorization. Items not purchased from
us, or not paid in full.
